Jamie Ezzo, 34, of Hamburg, was sentenced to two years of probation on a condition that she continue counseling, complete 50 hours of community service, pay $200 in restitution to the victim and $155 in fines.
She pleaded guilty on March 24, to third-degree fraudulent use of a credit card.
In October of 2013 the defendant opened two credit card accounts in the name of the victim without her permission and then used the cards at multiple stores, forging the victim’s name.
James D. Wilke, 27, of Sussex, was sentenced to seven years in state prison with one year of parole ineligibility pursuant to the Graves Act and was given credit for 142 days served. He must pay total fines and penalties of $1,030 pay joint and several restitution in the amount of $11,844 and submit a DNA sample at his expense.
Wilke pleaded guilty on April 24 to six counts of third-degree burglary, one count of third-degree theft and one count of second-degree possession of a handgun without a permit.
In pleading guilty, Wilke admitted to entering a half dozen residences in Wantage and Sussex Borough for the purpose of stealing the copper piping inside of them during the time period between August and November, 2013. He also admitted to stealing more than $500 worth of tools from one of the residences.
Wilke also admitted to possessing a .32 caliber handgun on Dec. 13, 2013 in Sussex Borough without a permit.
Christopher R. Eilert, 20, of Stockholm, was sentenced to two years of probation. He was also ordered to perform thirty days of community service, submit to a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations made, attend 48 hours of IDRC classes and abstain from alcohol consumption.
His driving privileges were suspended for two years. He must also pay total fines and penalties of
$155 and submit a DNA sample at his expense.
Eilert pleaded guilty on Feb. 24 to assault by auto, a crime of the fourth degree, and driving while intoxicated.
In pleading guilty. Eilert admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol in Hardyston Township on Aug. 24, 2013, crashing his vehicle and injuring one of the passengers. Charles R. Southard, 24, of Sussex, was sentenced to three years in state prison with one year of parole ineligibility and was given credit for 142 days served. He must pay total fines and penalties of $155 and submit a DNA sample at his expense.
Southard pleaded guilty on April 14 to possession of a firearm without a permit, a crime of the third degree.
In pleading guilty Southard admitted to possessing a number of rifles and shotguns without a permit in Sussex Borough on Oct. 16, 2013.
May 16
Herbert J. Ross, 41, of Hamburg, was sentenced to 180 days jail which was stayed pending an appeal, a one year loss of his driver’s license and $155 in fines.
Ross pleaded guilty on Feb. 4 to driving with a license that had been suspended for a second DWI conviction, which is a crime of the fourth degree.
The matter was investigated by Hamburg Sergeant Erik Aronson on May 3, 2012.
Eva L. Boswell, 60, of Cherryfield, Maine, was sentenced to three years of probation, 100 days of community service, $13,000 in restitution and $155 in fines.
She pleaded guilty on April 7 to third-degree theft.
During a period from 2009 through 2010, she admitted to purchasing personal items for herself using money belonging to the Hardyston Township First Aid Squad.
