Survey: How do you take notes?

Your grandmother has a superpower. With the stenography skills taught to mid-20th century schoolgirls, she could record every word said in a room, like a secret agent, using only a scrap of paper and pencil nub. Other students relied on longhand, scribbling madly in notebooks as they followed their teachers in class.
Longhand went by the wayside as digital devices came to dominate. Young people type wicked-fast with their thumbs, use Chromebooks in classrooms equipped with Smartboards, and download classroom materials posted online. So, are students still taking notes?
