Rickey Farm will start its community yard sales on Saturday, April 5 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Each event this season will sponsor a charity, individual or civic group looking to raise money.

The April 5 sale is for Anne Marie Tannis, a 17-year-old Vernon resident who is battling leukemia. Part of each table space payment of $25 will be donated to her family to help pay her medical bills. There will be vendors, with antiques, collectibles, tools, books, household goods, etc. Tannis and her friends will have a bake sale and also sell garage sale items.

for more information, call Ron Meyer at 973-632-2005.

The April 26 sale will benefit the St. Francis Church Food Pantry and Youth Group. Table space will cost $25.
