Womans Club to hos self-defense seminar

VERNON — The Vernon Women's club will host a free self-defense seminar at 7 p.m. March 27 with Grandmaster Kim of Kim's Martial Arts of Lafayette.

Raising self-awareness and practical self-defense for women will be the topic.

The event is open to the publi and will be held at the Vernon Senior Center on Church Street behind the Municipal Building.
