Vernon PAL announces safety town program

The Vernon PAL Safety Town Program will run from Aug. 4-8 for any student registered to attend kindergarten in September 2014.

Safety Town is a program that teaches children ways to keep themselves safe in a fun way. Some of the topics covered include: Bicycle Safety, Bus Safety, Fire Safety, Bear Safety, Water Safety, Stranger Danger and more.

Registration is open and can be accessed through our online registration system at www.vernonpal.com. Program is open to Vernon residents and out of town residents who meet the grade requirements.
