HARDYSTON — Disney Institute will bring its renowned professional development course, Disney's Approach to Quality Service, to Crystal Springs Country Club in Hardyston on April 17. Sponsored by the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, the full-day event will demonstrate how anticipating and reacting to customers' needs, wants and emotions is an integral aspect of delivering quality service and achieving business results.
The full-day Disney's Approach to Quality Service program will give participants an insider's look at business practices that have helped Disney maintain respect for product and service quality. Participants will learn how to exceed customer expectations using a well-defined service infrastructure, ongoing research and service standards.
