A five-week self-empowerment class on FEAR will be held Thursday evenings from 7-8:30 p.m. on April 24 and May 22, located at 37 Main St.

Fear is something everyone has and no one is immune to it. Each week participants will learn practical empowering tools to overcome their own personal fears. Participants will work together to identify what keeps people stuck and explore how to regain control of our lives. Participants also will engage in empowering activities that will make a positive effect to their overall daily lives and happiness.

The personal investment for this five-week workshop is $75, $15.00 per class if pre-registered or $20 per class for walk-ins. If interested register at Maketheshift@ymail.com or call 973-862-1595.
