Volunteers sought for school strategic vision teams

VERNON — The Vernon Township School District Strategic Vision Committee is seeking residents to serve on action teams between May 15 and July 15.

The action teams are expected to meet between four to six times over a two-month period. There will be five teams that will prioritize goals to develop 1- to 2-year action plans for the highest priority goals. Each of the five action teams will have eight to 12 members.

The 20-person Stategic Vision Advisory Committee will work with consultants from W.W. Adams & Associates and is reviewing 61 potential goals in five target areas.
