Kristi Anderson of Prudential Gross & Jansen Highlands Realty’s Vernon Office has been named Associate of the Month, as she led her office in production during April.

Always a top producer, Anderson is having an outstanding 2014, and works tirelessly to help her clients fulfill their real estate needs.

Anderson began her real estate career in 2001, and her portfolio of satisfied buyers and sellers numbers in the hundreds. She is Short, Sale, and Foreclosure Certified (SFR Designation), and has also trained to be certified as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR Designation).

“ABR” is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, and is a designation achieved by Real Estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. The “SFR” designation identifies a Realtor that knows how to help Sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales, as well as help buyers pursue short sales and foreclosure opportunities. These are an essential and critical part of Kristi’s extensive training.

Prudential Real Estate recently achieved prestigious recognition by JD Power and Associates for the third year running. Prudential was ranked as “Highest Overall

Satisfaction for First-Time and Repeat Home Buyers and First-Time Sellers Among

National Full Service Real Estate Firms."

Call Anderson on her Cell at 973-476-0878 or at the Vernon office at 973-764-5555.
