A “Boat NJ” course will be offered by NJ Boating Safety Classes in Byram on June 7.

The course meets the needs of boaters and personal watercraft operators for a basic overview of boat and PWC operation. The boating safety class is required by the State of New Jersey Division of State Police Marine Law Enforcement for boat safety education and is approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators.

The course meets the NJ State law requirements for NJ boating safety certification. There will be a $85 fee which covers the cost of the course and all materials.

The course will be held at the Cranberry Lake Community Club, 263 Route 206 South, Cranberry Lake, NJ 07874. The class will be held from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
