WANTAGE — FH Fitness has a new way to lose weight and keep it off.
Fit University is bi-weekly meetings with weighins and measurements to keep participants on track. Staff will educate customers you so their journey is deliberate and planned as opposed to meandering and haphazard. Education includes Nutrition, Exercise — why, when and how — and mindset which is the most unique to Fit U in the weight loss community.
