    John Horton, 33, was charged on a warrant out of Port Jeris, N.Y., charging him with illegal possession of a weapon.

    Police said the warrant was issued on May 30 and it said he allegedly stabbed a man during an altercation.

    He was arested, police said, after a law enforcement operation at the Legends Hotel. Police said Horton was on the seventh floor and no weapons were recovered and no injuries were reported.

    Horton was sent to the Sussex County Jail and he will face fugitive charges, police said, before being extradited to New York.

    June 25
    Dana Villano, 28, of Vernon was charged after the store manager at Dollar General in McAfee reported she was allegedly shoplifting.

    Villano was processed and released pending a future Municipal Court date.
