Due to popular demand, Hardyston’s Cava Winery and Vineyard has extended its Saturday hours until 8 p.m. each evening. The popular Route 94 establishment is also going through additional changes.

According to Cava’s Chief Operating Officer Larry Ciccarelli, their musical performers are also going through some changes with extended hours and Saturdays featuring what he described as “horns” meaning that the more upbeat and increased volume ensembles will now be featured on Saturdays.

Sundays, which are the slower and more intimate of the two days will feature more mellow music offerings. The bands will now be performing from 3 to 7 p.m. each weekend.

Coming events at the Cava include Wine & Wings on Saturday, Aug. 2, from 1 until 8 p.m. Three bands have been booked for the event as well as select vendors, and bocce and other games have been added to entertain guests.

Cava Winery and Vineyard is located at 3619 New Jersey 94 in Hamburg. For more information visit www.cavawinery.com, email info@cavawinery.com or call 973-823-9463.
