Vernon church plans Vacation Bible School

VERNON — The Vernon United Methodist Church is opening registration for Vacation Bible School, which is cheduled to run from Aug. 11 until Aug. 15 from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

The theme for this year's program is "Weird Animals."

The Vacation Bible School is open to children who will be four years old by Oct. 1 and must be fully potty trained through those entering sixth grade in the fall.
