Barry Lakes hosts annual water carnival

About 75 Barry Lakes children came participated in Monday's water carnival with their watchful parents and, in some cases, grandparents.

The afternoon included water balloon tosses and bobbing for M&Ms covered with whipped cream. Recreation direction Mary Ferreri also brought in some dozen pizzas from the Lake Wanda Store for the kids.

The season culminates with the lake community’s annual picnic to be held this Sunday.
