Cedar Mountain students learn scissor safety

VERNON — Mrs. Portner's second-grade art classes at Cedar Mountain Primary School in Vernon have been studying important scissors safety and cutting techniques. '

They cut features for a "SpongeBob Cousin".

This activity involved learning how to cut on a curve and how to cut multiple circles at the same time. Each student then created their own detailing to create a new character.

SpongeBob has many new family members.
