Aaron W. Michalov, 19, of Sussex Borough was charged with driving while intoxicated, possesion of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, failure to keep right, having tinted windows, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence and resisting arrest after a traffic stop.

Police said they observed a white Subaru weaving out of its lane on Sandhill Road.
