Easter Bunny visits Barry Lakes

With several face-painting themes available, Mina Brock, 6, chose a combination of a skull and a bunny. Face painting was once again provided by Kerry Tobin of Highland Lakes, better know as Pixie Pop the Clown.
Barry Lakes Recreation Director Mary Ferreri is shown looking over the snack tables. A generous selection of snacks was available for both the children and their parents.
VERNON — Nearly 100 residents turned out for the annual Barry Lakes Easter Party.
A selection of snacks was available for both the children and their parents. Rather then hopping along the trails and through the forests of Wawayanda State Park to reach the party, the Easter Bunny arrived via automobile courtesy of Barry Lakes Road Director Carryl Daza.
The afternoon included photo ops with the Easter Bunny, but the regular annual outdoor egg hunt was once again substituted with gift baskets for each of the children.
