Tour de Farm New Jersey offers an opportunity to meet local farmers while bicycling through beautiful regions in the state and sampling healthy and tasty seasonal food. The participants learn to understand the value of buying locally farmed products. You can also opt to come for just the buffet dinner. The menu is based on locally sourced vegetables, fruits, and meats from the farms on the tour. The dinner will be served in an outdoor farm setting with wine, white tablecloths, white tent and live music. On the dessert menu look for the Paris Brest with vanilla sauce, a tribute to the Tour de Farm.
