Concert planned to benefit VFW

VERNON — Spitball Parade, a rock cover band will play a benefit concert for the Wallkill Valley Memorial VFW Post 8441 on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 6 p.m. at the post, located at 313 Route 94.
Tickets will cost $20 at the door and will include a buffet and first drink.
The proceeds from the concert will help offset the $46,000 hookup fee owed to the Vernon Township Municipal Utilities Authority and the Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority.
