Acoustic Wolves to perform at Wantage library

| 21 Sep 2015 | 01:57

The Friends of the Sussex-Wantage Library will host a free concert by the Acoustic Wolves on Sunday, Sept. 27, at 3 p.m. in the library’s outdoor theater.

The Acoustic Wolves are Jeff Hemmerlin and George Unverzagt, two founding members of a Sussex County band that has spanned close to 30 years, continuing a unique musical style and signature harmonies as crisp today as when they started. On a musical journey through Americana, the Acoustic Wolves mix their vocals with the acoustic sounds of guitar, mandolin, and violin into a variety of styles, old and new, that touch all ages.

Free tickets are available at the library’s front desk. Any remaining tickets will be available at the performance.

Bring your own chairs and blankets. Picnics are welcome, but alcoholic beverages are prohibited. In case of inclement weather, the concert will be moved indoors to the library’s community room.

The Sussex-Wantage Library is located at 69 Route 639 in Wantage. For further information, call the library at 973-875-3940.
