VERNON — Kira Willey and Fireflies Musical Yoga for Kids visited the students of Walnut Ridge Primary School on Friday for two performances.

Willey, who bills herself as a combination “kindie” artist and musical “yogini” uses a powerful combination of music and animated instruction to teach the children her varied lessons.

“The Little School with the Big Heart” continues to develop exciting and engaging programs for its students while teaching the youngsters to accept, understand and love. The purpose of the concert was kick off the school’s Week of Respect, a week mandated by the State of New Jersey.
