Vernon, county plan flu clinic

VERNON — Vernon Township and the Sussex County Department of Public Health Services Office of Public Health Nursing are holding a Flu Vaccine Clinic on Thursday, Oct. 15, from 3-6 p.m. at the Vernon Senior Center at 21 Church Street [around the back of the building] in Vernon Township.
Registration is required, please call for an appointment 973.579.0570, Ext. 1211 or register online at www.sussex.nj.us/flu.
The flu vaccine is free for people aged 65 and older with Medicare B. They must bring Medicare card and have part B. Bring your supplemental insurance card also.
Flu vaccine is $20 for individuals under 65 years old.
Cash or check is accepted, but no credit cards will be. Medicare HMO is not accepted.
