Vernon library to celebrate written word

VERNON — The Friends of the Dorothy E. Henry branch of the Sussex County Library will hold a program celebrating the written word on Sunday, Oct. 18, at 3 p.m.
Local citizens will take part by reading aloud selections from works significant to each one.
The Read Aloud will take place in the Community Room of the Library on Route 94 in Vernon. The program is suitable for teens and adults. Admission is free with a reception to follow.
