Oct. 29Colin Skeele, 27, of Florham Park was charged with sexual assault, a crime of the second degree, disseminating child pornography, a crime of the second degree, and possession of child pornography, a crime of the third degree after a several-week investigation.

Police said he was processed at Vernon Township Police Headquarters and sent to the Sussex County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Oct. 31Rachel N. Broda, 21, of Milford, Pa. was charged with driving while intoxicated after flagging down a Vernon Township police officer.

Police said Broda had parked the vehicle in a peculiar fashion and she had failed field sobriety tests. Police said, the vehicle's passenger, Margeret A. Larsen, 22, of Clifton began to act disorderely while officers were waiting for a tow truck. Police said she tried to stop the towing of the vehicle and allegedly attempted to grab the car keys from police officers.

Larsen was charged with obstruction. Both were released pending a Vernon Township Municipal Court appearance.

Nov. 1Timoth S. O'Keefe, II, 21, of Vernon was charged with driving while intoxicated, maintenance of lamps and failure to maintain lane after police stopped a vehicle driving erratically on Maple Grange Road.

Police said O'Keefe was charged after an investigation that involved field sobriety tests.

He was released pending a court appearance in Vernon Municipal Court.
