Cedar Mountain students celebrate grandparents

VERNON — The students of Cedar Mountain Primary School warmly welcomed their grandparents and other close relatives into their classrooms for a fun-filled morning on Monday, Nov. 2, and Wednesday, Nov. 4.

The special visitors joined the students as they went about their day, taking part in classroom lessons and lending a helping hand with craft activities. The families were also invited to browse around the Scholastic Book Fair, together, which was hosted in the school’s library. Meanwhile, in the cafeteria, the Cedar Mountain Primary School’s SCA offered a spread of breakfast treats and hot beverages to the visiting guests.

On hand, there was a professional photographer present to take photographs of the students with their families, helping to capture each child’s special day as they spent it with the special people in their life.
