VERNON — Glen Meadow students, faculty, staff, and parents participated in the 11th Fundraiser Volleyball Tournament on Oct. 30.
The tournament raised $1,084 for Harvest House. More than 460 non-perishable food items were donated to Prospects to Prosperity. All students wore red ribbons in support of a drug-free lifestyle.
The volleyball team collecting the most food for these worthy charities was “Served with a Side of Justice.” Second place was “The Team Workers” and “The Refusinators” came in third. The winners of the volleyball tournament were: first place, “The Kool-Aid Slammers,” second place, “Off the Wall,” and third place, “Served with a Side of Justice.”
