Wantage committee approves buying new pumper

WANTAGE — The Wantage Township Committee unanimously approved the purchase of a rescue pumper for the fire department at a cost of $524,377 on Nov. 12.
Committeeman Jon Morris read the resolution for the truck, which should be built in 10-12 months.
Wantage Township Volunteer Fire Fighters were present for the vote, including Wantage Fire Chief Larry Bono Jr.
