Megan Matchett of Sussex Borough is amongh 22 University of Scranton education majors serving as student teachers during the fall semester at 14 schools in 11 school distrits.

Matchett, a senior at The University of Scranton, will serve as a student teacher at Lackawanna Trail Elementary Center in the Lackawanna Trail School District during the fall semester. Matchett is majoring in early and primary education at the Jesuit University.

Tyler Kenerson of Glenwood graduated from YOrk College of Pennsylvania on Dec. 22.

Kenerson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Brett Fundell of Wantage was named to the dean's list at Lebanon Valley College for the fall 2015 semester.

Dean's list students must maintain a GPA of at least 3.4 out of 4.0.

Fundell, a graduate of High Point Regional High School, is pursuing a bachelor of arts in criminal justice at The Valley.

Julianne Cacace of Sussex Borough was named to the dean's list at Mansfield University for the fall 2015 semester.

To be named to the dean's list, a student must attend the university full-time and attain at least a 3.5 GPA for the semester.

Nicholas Musilli of Sussex Borough won an international student design competition at Roger Williams University.

Musilli landed first place for his individual entry, "Sail Stage."
