Kenneth B. Grasso

Kenneth B. Grasso, 59, died Thursday Jan. 7, 2016, at Newton Medical Center. Mr. Grasso, son of the late Bernard and Theresia (Schwartz) Grasso was born in Paterson on Aug. 12, 1956. He resided in Pompton Plains before moving to the Highland Lakes section of Vernon 36 years ago.

Mr. Grasso worked for Kuiken Brothers Lumber Co. in Midland Park. He was a member of the Hawg Heaven Fishing Club.

Mr. Grasso is survived by his wife, Karen (Prol) Grasso; children, Justin Grasso and Lauren Grasso both of Highland Lakes; sisters and brother, Theresa Grasso of Pompton Plains, Janet O’Toole of Pompton Plains and Raymond Grasso of Mt. Bethel, Pa., as well as 2 nieces, Nicole and Katie Grasso.

Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 11, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Ferguson-Vernon Funeral, Home 241 Rt. 94 (Use 1 Vanderhoof Ct. for GPS) Vernon. Interment followed at Glenwood Cemetery, Vernon.
