Norman L. Jones

Norman L. Jones, age 80, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at his residence. Born in Pasadena, Calif. to the late George and Ina (Robinson) Jones, Mr. Jones had lived in Palisades Park before moving to Sussex County in 1973. He had served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. Mr. Jones had been employed as a service technician for 29 years by General Electric Corporation in Caldwell. He was predeceased by his twin brother, Neal Jones. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Joanne Rose (nee Vegliante); his son, David M. Jones of Stockholm; his daughter, Karina Phelan and her husband, John Phelan, II of Saddle Brook; and his three grandchildren, Jake, Ryan, and Giana.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at Hope Church Sussex, 1441 County Road 565, Wantage, NJ 07461.
