Sussex-Wantage plans kindergarten registration

WANTAGE — The Sussex-Wantage Regional School District will hold Pre-School and Kindergarten registration at the Clifton E. Lawrence School, 31 Ryan Road, on Feb. 1-12 from 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Parents are asked to bring their child’s birth certificate — to be eligible for Kindergarten, chilren must be 5 years old on by Oct. 1, 2016 — their child’s immunization records, proof of residency, homeowners: original deed or tax bill plus a current utility bill, while renters are asked to bring a lease or rental agreement PLUS a current utility bill.

For the Preschool Program, children must be toilet trained and must be 4 years old by Oct. 1, 2016. Students in the special education program may enter the integrated preschool program at age 3.
