Heroin discussion planned in Franklin

FRANKLIN — There will be a lecture about heroin and how to tell if a loved one is using drugs on Thursday, Feb. 4, at the Franklin Health and Wellness Building on Route 23 North from 7-9 p.m.

The presenter will be Dr. Tom Coleman, author psychologist and expert on drug addiction.
