Project Self-Sufficiency plans culinary seminar

    A free seminar about culinary careers will be offered to teens and adults on Wednesday, April 27, from 6:30-8 p.m. at Project Self-Sufficiency.
    Personal chef and food writer Amy Casey will be joined by Chatterbox Drive-In owner Don Hall and Perona Farms executive Tracey Ivaldi for a discussion of the background, education and the skills necessary for success in the culinary arts. Questions from the audience will be welcome. "Becoming You: Culinary Careers" will explore vocations like restaurateur, chef, and other
    professions. The seminar is free and open to teens and adults, but registration is required.
