Lakeland Bank honors longtime employees

Lakeland Bank recently hosted a ceremony at its corporate headquarters office to honor employees who reached 10 years of service with the Bank.
“Lakeland Bank thanks these colleagues for their long-term commitment to the Bank, and congratulates them for reaching their service anniversary milestone,” said Thomas J. Shara, President and chief executive officer.

Jeff Beebe – Vice President, Financial Advisor, Investment Services, Sparta
Jeff Beebe joined Lakeland Bank in 2006 as an Assistant Vice President, financial advisor based in Sparta. In 2011, he was promoted to vice president, financial adviser. Prior to Lakeland, he worked for Smith Barney as a financial advisor based in Florham Park and Merrill Lynch based in Newton. Beebe received a bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pa. He is a recipient of the Annual Essex National Securities Chairman’s Club Award and is a student and instructor at East West Karate in Sparta. Beebe is a lifelong resident of Sparta.
William Reul – Assistant Treasurer, Credit Administration Reports Officer, Credit, Oak Ridge
William Reul joined Lakeland in March 2006 working in the Leasing Division in Montville. In 2008, he relocated to the Credit Administration department in Oak Ridge as an equipment finance credit administrator and was promoted to his current position in March 2013. Reul is actively involved with St. Mary’s Church in Pompton Lakes as a Youth Ministry volunteer for retreats and service projects and was formerly a Stephen Minister caring for those facing difficult life challenges. He is a resident of Bloomingdale.
Linda Smith – Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer, Commercial Lending, Wyckoff
Smith joined the bank in 2006 based in Teaneck and transferred to the Wyckoff office location in 2009. Prior to joining Lakeland, she worked for Citibank in the Commercial Real Estate Group in New York City. Smith received a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers College, a master’s degree in urban planning from Hunter College, and has completed coursework toward a doctorate in urban planning at Rutgers College. She serves as President of the Rutgers Alumnae Women’s Professional Network, Treasurer of the River Edge Public Library Board of Trustees and is a board member for Jersey City Golden Door International Film Festival. Smith is a resident of River Edge.
