Over the past two years Sussex County Technical School has raised over $30,000 towards the building of the Northern New Jersey Veterans Memorial Cemetery and now dozens of its students are very busy preparing 3rd Annual Veteran’s Tribute and Fashion Show.
Last Wednesday, three members of the Wallkill Valley Chapter 1002 of the Vietnam Veterans of America came to see how much is really involved in the preparations. Chapter President John Harrigan, John Brady, and Walt Hazelman went from classroom to classroom to visit the production areas and students busily at work.
In order to help maintain the progress of the Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, on Thursday, May 26, the Sussex County Technical School will present their annual Veteran’s Tribute Ceremony and Fashion Show.
Tickets are $15 and include pre-show savory hors d’oeuvres and serving stations.
