WANTAGE — FH Fitness for our 'Get Ready For Summer' Open House on Saturday, May 21 from 9 a.m. to noon.
At the 'Get Ready For Summer' Open House, participants will discover the many different types of programs we have ranging from the gentle workout of vinyasa yoga to the more intense classes of aerobics or strength building.
FH Fitness, is located in the Wantage Plaza Shopping Center on Rte 23.
There will be door prizes, give aways and free samples of delicious, healthy foods and drinks. And special pricing for anyone who purchases any of our classes, products or services at that time.
