Thank you, Sheriff Strada

It’s nice to be right once in a while, when you support a candidate. I was right when I supported Sheriff Michael Strada on his first run for Sussex County Sheriff. Not only did I feel he had the experience, integrity, and credentials to serve as our sheriff, but he possessed a willingness to make changes to better serve the public and taxpayers.
Fast forward to his re-election bid this year, and it is no wonder that Sheriff Strada is running unopposed. I have watched his service to our county and his accomplishments, improving services, while reducing costs. Sheriff Strada has shown his devotion to our community by working with schools and seniors. All elected officials should take a lesson from his management style, whereby he has kept the Sheriff’s Dept. running like a clock, resolving any issues that threaten the integrity of the Department. Thank you Sheriff Strada — for your service and for running again to continue the good things you have done. You certainly have my vote, again.
