Michael Krajci, 46, of Franklin was sentenced to two years of probation on condition that he obtained his GED, complete 200 hours of community service, complete drug treatment and pay $1,205 in court fines and fees.
He pleaded guilty on March 28, to third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
In January of 2016, Franklin police were investigating a possible theft. During this investigation the defendant was found to be in possession of crack cocaine.
James Dunnigan, 47, of Newton was sentenced to 180 days, without early release, in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility and 10 years driver’s license suspension. He was also sentenced to 180 days in KCDF to run concurrent for his DWI charge and 2 additional years driver’s license suspension to run consecutively. Dunnigan must also submit a DNA sample, complete 30 days of community service and pay $2,972 in court fines and fees.
He pleaded guilty on April 11, 2016, to driving while suspended for a second or subsequent DWI, a crime of the fourth degree. He also pleaded guilty to several motor vehicle violations including DWI and driving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle.
In 2015, the defendant was found to be driving while his license was suspended for a second or subsequent DWI and was also driving while intoxicated when he was pulled over by Hopatcong police.
Richard Doty, 58, of Newton was sentenced to two years of non-custodial probation. He was ordered to submit to a TASC evaluation and following any and all recommendations made from same, attend two AA/NA meetings weekly, continue with his support group and pay fines and fees totaling $1,205.
He pleaded guilty on April 25 to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime.
On Feb. 25, the defendant was found to be in possession of three bags of heroin in Newton.

June 16

Jonathan Koza, 41, of Newton was sentenced to 30 months of probation and 50 hours of community service. Koza was ordered to comply with the recommendations of his substance abuse evaluation and ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees.
He pleaded guilty on March 10 to one count of evidence tampering, a fourth-degree offense and contempt, a disorderly persons offense. He also plead guilty to reckless driving, careless driving, unsafe lane change and driving while suspended.
On April 25, 2014, the defendant was involved in a motor vehicle accident in Hampton.

June 17

George Decker, 26, of Newton was sentenced to 3 years’ probation, with credit for 15 days’ time served. Decker was ordered to comply with the recommendations of his substance abuse evaluation and ordered to pay restitution and mandatory fines and fees.
He pleaded guilty on May 10 to unlawful taking of means of conveyance, a crime of the third degree.
The defendant admitted to taking his employer’s truck without permission and then crashing it in Hampton Township.
