Heaven Hill Farm plans garden contest

VERNON — Heaven Hill Farm once again will host the annual Most Beautiful Garden Contest offering great prizes and top honors to inspired and dedicated gardeners accepting entries beginning July 17.
"There's no need to be an professional in the field to enter The "Most Beautiful Garden Contest" here at Heaven Hill Farm. Most Beautiful Garden Contest photo entries are accepted from July 17 31 and will be displayed at Heaven Hill Farm to be voted on by garden center customers. Photos must be 4"x6" color shots of any beautiful home garden.
Only 2 photos will be accepted per gardener.
Voting for your favorite garden takes place from Aug. 1-14. Winning entries will be announced during the week of Aug. 14. The Most Beautiful Garden Contest winners will receive a gift certificate to Heaven Hill Farm in the following denominations: 1st Place — $100; 2nd Place — $50; 3rd Place — $25.
