    Thomas Ricciardi, 21, of Wantage pleaded guilty to eluding a third-degree crime.
    On Sept. 9, 2015, Hardyston police officers observed a motorbike travelling southbound on Route 23 with its license plate folded up. They activated the overhead lights and siren and attempted to stop the vehicle. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to fleeing from the officers.
    The case was investigated by Detective David White of the Hardyston Township Police Department.
    Edward Cimasko, 27, of Vernon pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime, and a violation of probation.
    Sentencing is scheduled for July 29.
    On March 5, Vernon Police Officers were dispatched to a residence for a family dispute. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of heroin.
    The case was investigated by Patrolman A. Kraus of the Vernon Township Police Department.
    Adam Pfeifer, 23, of Green pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime, and simple assault, a disorderly persons offense.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 5.
    On Oct. 9, 2015, New Jersey State Police were dispatched to a residence for a well-being check. Upon arrival, they were advised of people fighting inside the residence. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to punching and kicking another man and to being in possession of cocaine. This case was investigated by Trooper Szwech of the New Jersey state police.
    On Feb. 24, New Jersey state police responded to a domestic violence call in Green Township. The defendant was engaged in a loud argument with a woman. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of heroin. This case was investigated by Trooper J. Smith of the New Jersey state police.

    Eric Acton, 24, of Port Jervis, N.Y., pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and aggravated assault, both third-degree crimes.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 12.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to conspiring and agreeing to participate and actually committing an assault on an individual on July 14, 2014, in Montague.
    The case was investigated by Trooper D. Thomas of the New Jersey state police.

    Andre Chavarria, 40, of Newton was sentenced to 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility with no parole eligibility for driving while suspended (second or subsequent offense) to run concurrently with 180 days for driving while intoxicated, and two years of probation with possible early release after 18 months if successfully compliant.
    His driver license was ordered suspended for 10 years, and he must utilize an ignition interlock device for three years. He was ordered to submit a DNA sample, possibly submit to an inpatient program for 90 days and pay fines and fees totaling $1,758.
    He pleaded guilty on March 28, 2016, to driving while license is suspended for a second or subsequent DWI violation, a fourth-degree crime, and the motor vehicle offenses of driving while intoxicated (third offense) and failure to keep right.
    He was stopped by a police officer for failing to stay within his lane of travel. He did not have a driver license because of a driving while intoxicated conviction, and he was driving while intoxicated (third offense).
