Anderson named associate of the month

VERNON — Ann Larsen, manager of the Berkshire Hathaway Gross & Jansen Realtors, Vernon office announced Kristi Anderson has been named Associate of the Month, as she led her office in production for June, 2016.
In addition, Anderson also is a proud recipient of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Bronze Level Award, for 2015 as well as the prestigious Berkshire
Hathaway Home Services 2015 Annual Honor Award Society Winner.
Always a Top Producer, Kristi began her real estate career in 2001, and her portfolio of satisfied Buyers and Sellers numbers in the hundreds. She is Short Sale and Foreclosure Certified (SFR Designation), and has also trained to be certified as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR Designation).
“ABR” is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, and is a designation achieved by Real Estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. The “SFR” designation identifies a Realtor that knows how to help Sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales, as well as help buyers pursue short sales and foreclosure opportunities. These are not merely good skills, they are an essential and critical part of Anderson's extensive training.
