Doris E. Wilson

Doris E. Wilson, 81, died Friday July 29, 2016, at Newton Medical Center. Mrs. Wilson, daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Auberger Brady was born in Middletown, N.Y., and grew up in Unionville, N.Y. She has resided in Vernon Twp, NJ since 1959.
Mrs. Wilson graduated from Middletown (NY) High School Class of 1953 and in 1956 graduated from Harrison S. Martland Medical Center in Newark, N.J., where she received her RN. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Saint Clare’s Hospital in Sussex until her retirement. Mrs. Wilson was a charter member of Pochuck Valley Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She loved and enjoyed her time spent with family and friends.
Mrs. Wilson was predeceased by her sisters, Marion Wesoloski and Emma Brady. She is survived by her husband Jack L. Wilson; sons, Carl W. Sisco & his wife, Susi, of Milan, Tenn., and Thomas R. Sisco of Pittsburgh, Pa., as well as her granddaughter Michelle Brady Sisco.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday Aug. 3, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. at Ferguson Funeral Home 27 Third St. Sussex, NJ. Interment will follow at Unionville Cemetery, Unionville, N.Y.
