Vernon plans chicken barbecue

VERNON — The Vernon Township Fire Department will hold a Chicken BBQ on Sept. 24, 2016.
Doors will open at 4 p.m. at the Vernon Fire House, 535 RT 15 Vernon, NJ 07462, and dinner is from 5-6 p.m. You can either eat in or take out. Tickets are $15 per person. The menu will be a 1/2-pound BBQ Chicken, a baked potato, corn, a roll, dessert, and ice tea.
