Historical Society plans yard sale

VERNON — The Vernon Township Historical Society will sponsor a yard sale at its headquarters at 293 Route 94 in Vernon on Sept. 24 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Vendors are welcome. Rain date is Oct. 1.
There will be hundreds of items for sale including antiques, household things, clothing, toys, baby items, tools, and much more. No early callers.
This is a fundraising event for the Historical Society. Donations are also welcome but people wishing to donate items must call in advance to identify their donations, Vendors wishing to participate pay a $20 fee and keep all profits from their sales. Call 973-764-6545 for information.
