The Friends of High Point State Park are sponsoring a free public screening of the documentary film Project 22, Saturday, Sept. 24, from 6-8 p.m., in the High Point State Park Interpretive Center.
Project 22 follows two combat veterans on a 22 day, 6,500 mile, cross-country motorcycle mission to raise awareness of the high rate of suicide amongst veterans and to spread their message of hope. An estimated 20 veterans take their own lives every single day. The High Point State Park Monument was built to honor all New Jersey veterans.
Please join the Friends of High Point State Park on the mountain as we share this poignant film and its message of hope. Registration is required. Seating is limited. The film is appropriate for adults and teens, ages 16 years and older, due to mature content and language.
