Green Team New Jersey Realty celebrates official grand opening

VERNON, N.J. – The Green Team Home Selling System, 7 Main St. Warwick, has been serving clients in Orange County and the Hudson Valley for more than 11 years.
It soon became one of the top two real estate agencies in the area and now owner Geoff Green has joined with equity partners, Kim Lasalandra and Charles Nagy, to extend those services to the residents and businesses of northern New Jersey.
On Thursday, Sept. 8, Vernon Mayor Harry Shortway and members of the Warwick and Vernon Chambers of Commerce joined owner Green, Kim Lasalandra and Nagy, along with brokers and agents, to celebrate the official grand opening of Green Team New Jersey Realty. The new office is located in the Appalachian Hotel office complex at 200 State Route 94 in Vernon, N.J.

Lasalandra, who lives in Warwick with her husband, Nick, has been a licensed real estate salesperson in both New York and in New Jersey since 2005 as well as an active member of Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, the Passaic County Board of Realtors, the Garden State Multiple Listing Services and the National Association of Realtors. She has an extensive background in the real estate industry.
Nagy has been involved with different aspects of the real estate business for the past 40 years, including the creation and sale of real estate tax sheltered investment offerings; real estate management of high rises and garden apartment complexes; the development of raw land for the construction of residential homes and for 18 years, as a builder of residential properties.
He was the recipient of the Bronze Award as one of Sussex County’s Top Sales Producers.
