The Newton Theatre celebrated its fifth anniversary on Sept. 9 with a party that took place prior to The Hit Men show.
Five years ago, to the day, Todd Rundgren played to a sold out crowd on the theatre’s opening night.
Hundreds of people came to have cake and champagne with the management and staff of The Newton Theatre. Door prizes were given away, including show tickets, Hit Men CDs and a Bronze level theatre membership.
The Hit Men treated fans to a high energy show packed with the hits of legendary artists of the 60s, 70s and 80s — like Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, Sting, Elton John, Three Dog Night, Cat Stevens, Carly Simon, Carole King, Tommy James and the Shondells and more.
