Get ready to roar with laughter at the All-New Skylands Stadium.
On Saturday, Oct. 1, some of the area’s funniest comedic minds will take the stage for another edition of the ever-popular Skylands Stadium Comedy Night.
Comedy lovers will see familiar faces and a variety of hilarious and sometimes goofy comedic styles. Among the night’s entertainers will be comedic magician and juggler Kevin Lee, whose act landed him on NBC’s Last Comic Standing. Lee has enjoyed continued success since the show and now performs as the opening act for Wanda Sykes.
Four-time Comedian of the Year nominee Brad Lowery will also perform at Skylands Stadium Comedy Night. Lowery’s comedic act is so well-regarded that he has been the opening act for Adam Sandler and Chris Rock. He has also performed on NBC’s Showtime at the Apollo, Star Search and on A&E’s Caroline’s Comedy Hour.
Dennis Ross, a 20-year comedy veteran, is also set to entertain fans on Oct. 1. A writer for National Lampoon, Ross has performed across North America and has entertained the military in trips to Japan, Korea and Iraq. Ross also has an impressive list of performers for whom he has opened, including Lewis Black and The Beach Boys.
Performers at the Comedy Night will take the stage inside the Skylands Stadium Events Center, a 17,000-square-foot indoor space on the grounds of Skylands Stadium in Augusta. Food and drinks will be available to purchase during the event from wheelHouse Kitchen + Bar, the on-site restaurant at Skylands Stadium. Food will be served a la carte and a cash bar with drink specials will also be available within the Events Center.
Tickets to the Skylands Stadium Comedy Night are available for a discounted price of $26.95 if purchased before the day of the show. All tickets purchased on Oct. 1 will cost $29.95. Tickets are available online at SkylandsStadium.com, at the Skylands Stadium Box Office or over the phone by calling 973-383-7644.
