Halloween pupfest planned at dog park

VERNON — The Vernon Dog Park will host a Halloween Pupfest and Pooch Parade on Saturday, Oct. 29, from noon until 2 p.m.
There will be a costume dog parade and games. The parade will start about at 12:30 p.m.
